Non vector designs advice

if im submitting a design which is not a vector are there any things which i need to remember to do with the size of the image etc, im planning on submitting a non vector design and i want to know if theres anything i need to make sure i do outside the normal guidelines

just make sure you have a high resolution image. at least 300 dpi.

For the high res art I think you need to scan it at 300 dpi roughly

Design at actual size at 300 dpi. Hold on to high res file. Send in mock up. Find a way to occupy yourself for a few days while you wait for it to be accepted/denied.

Make your design the exact size you want to fill the space on the tshirt. I use a Mens medium as a standard for my drawings. Then scan at 300dpi, as mentioned.

just out of interest, are non vector designs printed very often???

many printed designers dont do vector... sonmi and valorandvellum come to mind. they're photoshop queens
